Microlesson DescriptionThis microlesson aims to inform your workforce on why some employees may be reluctant to come out to their coworkers. Coming out as LGBTQIA+ is a deeply personal matter, and should always be left up to the individual coming out. Coming Out at Work contains a video scene involving two gay coworkers pressuring another coworker to come out, providing an example of a potential harassment situation with follow up dialogue on the impact that might have.
