Two years ago we launched Emtrain Analytics as an insights tool generated by our compliance training courses. After working with hundreds of clients, we’re evolving it to be even more actionable. We want to showcase the data that poses direct risks and needs immediate attention.
Here’s an example. Do you see how this risk score of 45% in managing power increased to 68%? That’s because we alerted our Fortune 500 client that a senior leader in the organization had multiple employees reporting that this leader lacked skill managing his power respectfully and productively. Our power dynamics microlessons and recommended best practices allowed this client to address the leader’s weaknesses and level up his skill.
With Emtrain Analytics 2.0, you can configure the system to showcase risks only when it hits a certain risk score and at a designated percentage of employees responding.
Emtrain Analytics 2.0 is very different from climate surveys. Our questions are embedded into mandated compliance content and do not feel like a survey. Plus, while climate surveys are focused on engagement and retention, our questions are focused on spotting and remediating risk.
